Hello everyone.

Hope you've all had a good week! I officially went back to work yesterday *sobs* so Christmas is over for me until next year. I literally can't believe it's 2016 in 2 days!

So today is another New Year themed post however this time make up. Now I'm far from a make up artist, like I'm genuinely awful at it but I love everything about the stuff.

I decided to do a kind of easy make up look inspired by my all time fave gal, Perrie Edwards.

Perrie rocked this look 2 weeks ago at the BBC Music Awards and looked flawless as ever!

So if you want to see my attempt and some shameless selfies, why not have a little scroll. All products listed at the bottom...

Boston Fashion and Beauty Haul

Hello everyone!

Today I am finally sharing with you my purchases from my trip to Boston, a whole month after going. Better late than never right?

There were a few things I was on the hunt for while I was away, one of them being the Anastasia Beverley Hills Contour Palette as well, it's like £15-£20 cheaper in America! I was also looking for a new denim jacket to replace the one I have as it's pretty much falling apart on the inside and is just a little too oversized. The final thing that has been on my wish list for about 7 years now, is the perfect leather jacket. I've found the odd one in the past but they've been hundreds and hundreds of pounds or just haven't looked how I've imagined this perfect leather jacket in my head.

Yes I bought 3 jackets and yes I needed them all.

Leopard Jacket - Zara
Blouse - Forever21
Baseball Top - Fenway Park
Playsuit - Urban Outfitters
Leather Jacket - Vintage Shop
Denim Jacket - Vintage Shop
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Highlighter - Sephora
Anastasia Beverley Hills Contour Palette - Sephora
Rebel, Persistance, Ruby Woo -  Mac
Ren Micro Polish Cleanser - Sephora
Bag - Coach

OOTD - Sixties In Boston

Hello everyone.

Today I'm bringing you my first outfit of the day in about a million years! I wore this outfit while I was in Boston on my 23rd birthday (how did I get so old?!) It was such a beaut autumn day, clear blue skies and a chill in the air, my favourite kind of day.

I adore this outfit. When I stumbled across this dress in Zara I was like, where have you been all my life?! It's the perfect dress for the day, just layer a jumper underneath to keep you warm, but great for the evening on it's own.

So, onto the outfit...

Life Update

Hello everyone.

So it has been 3 long months since I last blogged, so sorry about that! It literally feels like 2 weeks, I don't know where the time has gone!

So seeing as I've been gone for so long, I thought I'd do a little post on what has been going on as I do have some big news.

Right, so first off, new job.

So when I was at uni I studied Fashion Business and Promotion and always aspired to have a career in Buying. In March, 6 months after I graduated, I finally got myself a job as a Buyers Assistant at ASOS (I know, dream company right?!) However, it was a temporary contract, but still an adult job.

I loved working at ASOS, met some great people and learned a lot! However my temp contract didn't have an end date so I felt slightly on edge not knowing how long I'd be in my job for.

So I applied for a job at New Look, forgot all about it until they rang me up asking to come for an interview. Less than a week later I was handing in my notice at ASOS and moving to my new role.

I've been there now for 3 months and feel especially the past month I've really settled into the roll and feel confident with what I'm doing. Plus, I'm on the Going Out department, and what girl doesn't love sitting in fit sessions seeing what outfit I might wear on my next night out!

Next big news... *drum rolls*

I'M MOVING TO LANDANNNNNN. *inserts every celebratory emoji there is*
I'm from Milton Keynes which is only 30-40 minutes to Euston but I've always felt more at home in London. Plus since I work there it's going to be soooo good to wake up later than 6am everyday!

I'm not going to lie, it has literally been 4 months of searching! I met a lovely girl on spareroom way back at the end of July and ever since then we've had some obstacles to say the least in our house hunt. Sadly this fell through and I've ended up meeting 2 other lovely ladies to live with which I'm super excited about because the house is so beautiful!

I feel like I'm becoming a proper little adult and my life is coming together just in time for me turning 23 this week. And in the light of ageing another year, I've changed up my hairstyle and got myself a fringe *look right*.

So, I'm officially going to start blogging again, promise! I'm off to Boston on a family holiday on Wednesday for a few days so I'll defo have some outfit posts and major hauls (I've already got a list of makeup I'm buying). So stayed tuned, and god it's good to be back.

Review - St.Tropez Gradual Tan In The Shower

Hello everyone.

Sorry again for the lack of postings I've just been crazy busy, but I do have a life update which I shall be sharing with you next week!

Today I'm talking the much hyped about Gradual Tan In The Shower from St.Tropez. I love a good fake tan as I'm ridiculously pale! Although I can only be bothered to tan when I go on a night out or I'll get a spray tan before I go on holiday. So if there is something out there to help me have a natural tan that doesn't take a whole lot of effort, I want it.

This product promises a natural looking tan that is streak free and easy to use.

All you have to do is pop in the shower, body wash as normal then apply the tan to the areas of your body you want or in my case everywhere and wait 3 minutes then rinse off.

So, does it work?

Oh my god YES! I've been using this on and off for about 6 weeks now and it has changed my life. I don't have any photos of me before and after as the lighting really wasn't doing it justice, however my natural colour is, imagine Emma Stone, that is me. I now however have a lovely natural tan that my mum keeps mentioning how good it looks and doesn't understand how it isn't real.

It's so simple to use and rubs into your skin so much easier because your skin is wet. I tend to leave it on for 3 and a half minutes sometimes 4 (I know, rebel) just because well, I get to involved with whatever album I'm playing.

The good thing about this product too, is that it fades really naturally as well. There is no dodgy patches just a natural fade.

The only negative I have to say about this product is that it turns your fingers nails kind of yellow but, nothing a bit of nail varnish can't cover.

I would 100% recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a natural tan that you can build up to whatever shade you like. There is also one thing to note and that is that the first two times you use it you probably won't see any difference but after the third use, you'll have a beaut light tan.

Have you tried this wonder product?

Review - Magnitone's Lucid Cleansing Brush

Hello everyone.

Apologies for the lack of posting. I went to Glastonbury and it was incredible! I didn't want to leave and I can't believe that 2 weeks ago today we were on our way!

So today I'm talking cleansing brushes, well one in particular, Magnitone's Lucid Cleansing brush. I was very lucky to be gifted this from Magnitone and Bloggers Hub during their twitter party. (If you don't follow Bloggers Hub on twitter, do it! They're great @bloggerslvehub)

When I found out I was chosen I was crazy excited because I never win anything and I've wanted to try a cleansing brush since Christmas.

I did however have to wait until a week after it arrived to try as I was at Glasto, but boy was it a great thing to use when I got back all muddy and vile.

Magnitone's Lucid brush promises to leave you with softer, brighter and clearer skin in just 7 days. It's suitable for all skin types even sensitive and dry which I can suffer from, has 10,000 pulsed oscillations per minute, 2 modes - 1 for deep clean and 1 for sensitive.

I splash my face with warm water, dry it off a bit with a towel then wet my brush for a few seconds. In the morning I put a small amount of my La Roche Posay Effacer Purifying Foaming Gel and in the evening my Ren Micro Polish Cleanser. I use it for 20 seconds on 1 cheek then it beeps and I move onto the other cheek for 20 seconds which leads to it beeping again and I do the last 20 seconds on my chin, nose and forehead.

So, what is my verdict you ask?

I bloody love it! My skin is crazy soft and although I've only been using it for about 10 days my skin hasn't broken out, my pores on my forehead have become almost non existent and my overall skin tone is a lot more even waheyyyyy.

I'd genuinely advise this to anyone who wants a great cleanse and better skin and for me who has always suffered with skin issues, I wouldn't just recommend it if I didn't truly believe it works.

I'm looking forward to using more and seeing what my skin looks like after a month.

So thank you Magnitone for making my skin that bit better.

If you like to treat yourself to a Magnitone Lucid Cleansing Brush I have a 20% discount code for you. Just enter BLOVE20 at the checkout or just click this link here and you are on your way to better skin.

Have you tried this cleansing brush or any other brand?
